Assignment description
Our client is looking for someone who’s a UX designer at heart, but also strong in UI — someone who can think deeply about user needs, design smooth flows, and then bring it all to life with clean, consistent visuals that feel great to use.

What you will do:
– UX + UI (your main focus)
– Define user personas, journeys, and flows that make the product feel effortless
– Design intuitive, elegant interfaces that match great UX with polished UI
– Build and maintain a lightweight design system to keep things consistent
– Create and test onboarding experiences that drive activation and retention
– Collaborate with product and engineering to ship fast and iterate often

About the team
You will work tight with the founder which also is a software engineer.

Must haves
What we are looking for:
– Someone who’s designed apps from scratch that reached around $10k MRR
– Can dig into user behavior data to spot UX issues and opportunities
– Knows how to write compelling feature descriptions for App Store Optimization (ASO)
– Enjoys working across the full spectrum — from concept to pixels to growth

Other requirements
Bonus points if you have:
– Have growth marketing experience — running experiments, optimizing funnels, or refining onboarding
– Are comfortable using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.) to guide design decisions

About the customer
The client is in startup phase and are building a life style creativity app, a type of collaborative application for example parents.
