Assignment description
Our client is expanding quickly and are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join their team during an exciting and high-paced growth phase. To thrive in this role, you should have solid JavaScript expertise and a deep understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM), Browser Object Model (BOM), and common Web APIs.

You’ll work closely with the client’s team to build custom website tracking and personalization solutions, such as product recommendations, discount logic, and dynamic messaging. They work without frameworks like React or Vue – just clean, efficient, and well-structured vanilla JavaScript.

The client is especially looking for someone who is meticulous, detail-oriented, and structured in their approach to development. You take pride in writing clear, maintainable code and following a logical, disciplined workflow. An interest in using AI tools to support problem-solving, boost productivity, or improve development quality is a strong plus.

About the team
Small team of 2 Front-End developers based in Ukraine.

Must haves
– 1–3 years of experience building and maintaining web applications with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
– Strong understanding of Web APIs and the DOM – be ready to demonstrate past work
– Some experience with SQL databases and Google Cloud Platform
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
– Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical teammates
– Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely with a high degree of autonomy
– Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including code review, source control, testing, and continuous integration – and a commitment to upholding them
