Our client is working towards a tight deadline to complete several tasks in their written backend.
There is a clear requirement specification detailing what needs to be implemented and which components must be integrated.

About the team
1 CTO/Product Owner, 1 fullstack developer, 1 backend developer.

Must haves
-5+ years hands-on TypeScript/Node backend experience.
-Experience building event-driven AWS serverless architectures.
-Deep understanding of distributed systems; retries, idempotency, queues.
-Experience designing multi-tenant architectures (org/patient/device scoping).
-API design experience.
-Experience with logging, tracing, monitoring (CloudWatch).
-Security experience (OWASP, IAM least privilege, encrypted data at rest).
-Experience implementing escalation workflows (Step Functions or custom schedulers).

Other requirements
-Experience implementing alarm flows (good to have)
