Senior Data Analyst
As a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor, helping clients transform their business goals into actionable analytics strategies and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing data strategies centered around Adobe Analytics technologies.
- Supporting lead generation initiatives through robust analytics setups, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution.
- Defining KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate marketing, CRM, and customer experience performance.
- Translating complex datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations that support decision-making.
- Designing tailored analytics solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Delivering data-driven insights that improve conversion performance and customer engagement across web and email channels.
- Helping clients understand and monetize the impact of marketing activities and customer journeys.
You will be part of a cross-functional consulting team working with specialists across analytics, customer experience, marketing technology, and digital content. The team collaborates closely with colleagues across two of Our Customers sister companies, delivering integrated solutions that combine analytics, technology, and marketing expertise.

- Proven experience working as a Data & Analytics Consultant or similar analytics-focused role.
- Experience designing measurement strategies and analytics implementations for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, customer journeys, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
- Proficiency in SQL or similar querying languages.
- Ability to translate business and marketing strategies into data strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in strategic or consulting roles.
- Ability to translate complex analytics concepts into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning within analytics and marketing technology.
- Fluent in English
