Assignment description
Our client is looking for a Senior Firmware Developer with strong expertise in testing and validation.
In this role, you’ll be hands-on in developing firmware for embedded systems while also driving a more test-oriented culture within the team. Your work will directly improve product reliability and help shape how we approach quality in firmware development.

What You’ll Do:
– Develop and maintain high-quality firmware for embedded systems.
– Champion test-driven development and stronger testing practices.
– Work closely with hardware, QA, and platform teams.
– Improve development workflows, tooling, and test automation.
– Deliver reliable firmware releases on schedule.

Must haves
– Proven experience as a Firmware Developer in embedded systems.
– Strong background in testing, debugging, and validation.
– Solid skills in C/C++ and embedded programming.
– Understanding of microcontrollers, RTOS, and hardware–software integration.
– Familiarity with test automation, CI/CD, and version control.

Other requirements
– Experience with IoT or low-power embedded systems.
– Background in QA/test process development.
– Cross-disciplinary experience (hardware, cloud, or mobile).
